Carl Dees, Regional Director of Operations

Carl brings over 30 years of extremely successful "hands on" approach to the oversight and guidance of hotels under his direction by utilizing over 15 years of experience in food and beverage and 12 years of experience as a General Manager with brands such as Sheraton, Westin, Marriott, Hilton and a number of independent hotels throughout the country. Carl indentifies efficiencies to drive overall profitability and specializes in renovations, hotel restructuring and repositioning of assets under his leadership. In Carl's role as Director of Operations, he oversees a number of key assets managed by Crescent Hotels and Resorts. He received his CHA certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Educational Institute.
