Lovell Casiero, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Lovell as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Client Relations is responsible for direction and over site of revenue enhancement strategies for the portfolio. Lovell works closely with the corporate operations team to ensure profitability meets and exceeds client expectations. In her role as client relation liaison, consistent monitoring of property performance and strong communication with owners ensures Crescent owners are satisfied owners.
Additionally, Lovell works closely with the business development team to continue growing the Crescent portfolio by developing partnerships with new clients. Lovell also works hand in hand with the brands to ensure Crescent continues to be considered one of the premier companies in the brand community.
Lovell has extensive hotel sales experience in developing and leading sales teams affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and Intercontinental Hotel Group. Prior to joining Crescent Lovell served in senior leadership roles with Merritt Hospitality, Interstate Hotels and Resorts and MeriStar Hotels and Resorts. Her experience includes direction of direct sales and catering strategies, developing hospitality marketing campaigns, sales training, task force, troubleshooting and transitions.
Lovell has a proven track record of exceeding owner expectations in top line performance, profitability and client communication. By developing strong proactive teams both corporate and property level aligned with successful sales strategies and marketing campaigns, Lovell continues to ensure Crescent delivers on client satisfaction and brand recognition.
In addition to hospitality sales and marketing, Lovell has served as President and COO for an international non-profit, overseeing national and international media campaigns, event planning and fund raising.
