Thomas Flitsch, Corporate Director, Project Management & Engineering

With over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry, Tom has corporate oversight of Crescent's Capital Improvement Projects (PIP's), Corporate Procurement, General Contractors, and Corporate Engineering of Crescent Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Tom served as Director of Maintenance for Marcus Restaurants with 110 restaurants in four states, and Buffets Inc. with over 250 restaurants nationwide, where Tom developed and implemented a complete preventative maintenance program for all restaurants.  Tom also served as Director of Engineering for the Milwaukee Pfister Hotel and Tower, Building Superintendent for the 730 room Milwaukee Hilton Hotel, and Director of Engineering and Project Manager for the Milwaukee Sheraton Hotel.
