Kris Drake, Corporate Director, Revenue Management, CRME 

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality field, Kris is responsible for revenue enhancement of the Crescent portfolio. She accomplishes this through the development and implementation of effective inventory management and pricing strategies.

Using her past experience with branded and independent hotels, Kris will work with members to increase RevPAR through all distribution channels. Kris has proven that effective revenue management will optimize RevPAR by analyzing/forecasting demand and establishing effective selling strategies, oversell strategies, and optimal market mix, including group, transient, wholesale catering revenues etc.

Prior to joining Crescent, Kris was responsible for the revenue enhancement at a large independent convention hotel. Her multi-faceted experiences in the hospitality field include night audit, front office, reservations, and convention services. She received her BA in education from the Ohio State University and is certified through HSMAI as a revenue management executive.
