Maricarmen Cardenas, Vice President of Revenue Management 

Maricarmen brings over ten years of luxury, convention, and small meeting hotel experience to Crescent Hotels and Resorts as Vice President of Revenue Management. She is responsible for maximizing room revenue and yield penetration for all of the Crescent Hotels & Resorts by managing room inventories, and utilizing her vast analytical and technical experience with reservations and front office systems. She also oversees all of the hotels' revenue management practices, including inventory control.

Most recently Maricarmen was the Corporate Director of Revenue with The Kessler Group. Preceding The Kessler Group, she served as Regional Director of Revenue Management at Interstate Hotels & Resorts where she led the revenue management process for 18 full-service hotels with brands that included Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, HHC, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and Independent Hotels. Prior to that position, she was Area Director of Revenue Management with Westmont Hospitality Group. Maricarmen also has tenure with the Radisson Deauville Resort, The Wyndham Resort Miami Beach, and The Don CeSar Beach Resort & Spa, among many others.

Maricarmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and graduated with honors from The University of Puerto Rico with an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management. She is the co-author of the Interstate Hotels & Resorts Director of Revenue Management School, an active member of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International), and bilingual in English and Spanish.
