Jeanne Shutt, Vice President, Sales
With an array of experience in hotel sales, revenue management, operations and marketing, Jeanne is responsible for guiding company sales operations, implementing strategic initiatives, sales training & team building, budget development and brand revenue maximization in her portfolio Crescent properties. She guides company tourism initiatives, serves on the sustainability committee, social media committee and is editor of the sales newsletter.
Jeanne’s hotel and sales executive career spans more than twenty years. She developed and served as president of Hospitality SOS, Inc., a company which provided sales and revenue, electronic marketing and re-brand management consulting to the hotel industry. For six years she served as Director of Sales for TravelCLICK, growing her regional territory portfolio from 20 to over 200 hotels with over $1.1 million in revenue. Her career began with Four Seasons hotels in food and beverage management and spent twelve years with Guest Quarters, Doubletree hotels and Hilton Corporation and as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Her educational background includes a BS degree from the Hilton College at the University of Houston and a MMA in Tourism Planning from California University of Pennsylvania. Jeanne has lectured at Widener University, Drexel, Penn State, and Delaware Valley College. She completed the S. H. Darrow Leadership program, the Professional Convention Management (PCMA) certification course and is a certified instructor in the Professional Selling Skills Program (PSS). Jeanne is a member of the American Bus Association, National Tour Association and Student Youth Tour Association (SYTA). She has served the Township community in recent years on the Board of Directors of Radnor’s A Better Chance (ABC), the Board of Directors of the Radnor Educational Foundation (REF), as the Radnor PTO President and as a member of the Pennsylvania Tourism and Lodging Association.
