Wendy Heineke, Vice President, Hotel Operations

With over 25 years of Hotel Management experience, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and a keen intellect to her role as Vice President, Hotel Operations, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated portfolio of hotels throughout the country.

Prior to joining Crescent, Wendy was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Ocean Park Hotels, where she was responsible for total management oversight of hotel Operations and Sales & Marketing for a Marriott & Hilton branded portfolio of 20 hotels. Wendy was also responsible for creating and overseeing customized Asset Management strategies for investment properties owned by Ocean Park Hotels, and providing consultancy to the development group by evaluating investment opportunities. Ms. Heineke's prior position with the company was the Senior Vice President of Operations.

Before her time at Ocean Park Hotels, Wendy served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance for HEI Hotels & Resorts, the Vice President of Operations and Sales for Stonebridge Companies, and as an award winning Director and General Manager for Sunstone Hotel Properties, working directly with Michael George, Crescent's CEO.
