Belinda Klar – Corporate Director of Sales

Belinda has over 25 years in the Hospitality industry.  Belinda currently serves as the Corporate Director of Sales for Crescent.  Her current responsibilities include support and oversight for revenue distressed properties and proving direct sales assistance to properties with open positions. Belinda’s extensive sales and leadership skills help to quickly assess a market and provide revenue results for Crescent properties. Belinda has experience with all major brands and non branded hotels.

Belinda started out as a receptive operator for inbound motor coaches working with Historical Bed & Breakfasts.  She then moved on to Dean Properties as the Area Sales Manager where her responsibilities included sales and marketing the Historical and National Registered properties, The Bentley and Natchez Eola. As Area Sales Manager, providing support to the properties thru direct sales efforts in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana Market. 

Before joining Crescent, Belinda was with Shaner Hotel Group, as Director of Sales for a Full Service, Convention Center property. During this time, Belinda was a member of Louisiana Society of Associate Executives. Belinda currently serves as a member of Crescent’s Sales Manager Advisory Council where she assists and mentors other sales professionals within Crescent.
