Barb Natale – Director of Internal Audit

Barb’s has over 30 years experience in the hotel industry.  Barb’s responsibilities with Crescent are oversight of Crescent’s Internal Audit function where she is responsible for ensuring all Crescent property’s maintains not only brand standards but also Crescent quality standards. 
 
Barb’s hospitably experience includes leadership roles in food & beverage, rooms division, finance & General Management. Prior to Crescent Barb worked for Hudson Hotels in corporate finance and General Manager position at the Canandaigua Inn on the Lake, one of the finest hotels in the New York Finger Lakes area.  Barb’s role as General Manager provided her a vehicle to become involved in the local community, becoming Chairperson of the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce Board as well as Chairperson of the Finger Lakes Visitor Connection Board (the county tourism agency).  Barb also served as President of the Canandaigua Kiwanis Club and a Board member of the New York State Workforce Investment Agency which covered four counties.
