Nato Giordano has over 20 years of experience spanning restaurants, hotels and private country clubs. As the founder of LSN Consulting, he brings knowledge and insight to the portfolios of key hospitality clients.
A native of Sydney, Australia, Nato grew up in an Italian household where his culinary passion developed. At a young age, he ran his father's salumeria in Brooklyn, NY which he later sold.
Nato's career in food & beverage escalated quickly and he held roles including Director of Food & Beverage at members-only Richmond County Country Club in New York, General Manager at Gage and Tollner Restaurant, Director of Food and Beverage at Battleground Country Club in New Jersey and International Country Club in Fairfax, VA.
Nato has experience in overseeing concept, planning and development for monumental renovations as well as assessing and reorganizing food & beverage business, substantially boosting revenue. Nato’s focus has been to provide industry insight, experience and knowledge to clients on a personal level. He has close working relationships with distributors and leading industry figures, and has worked with brands including Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton, Westin, as well as independent, boutique hotels. Keeping the individual customer and guest at the forefront of his work, Nato strategically weaves innovative ideas and unique concepts through every approach from branding and training to marketing and business development.
Nato is a father of two, and currently resides in Loudon County, VA with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, cycling, golfing, traveling and building on his reputation as a cigar aficionado.
