Norman Proven – Regional Director of Operations Canada

Norman has over 30 years experience in hotel operations in the United Kingdom, Asia and North America.  Norman is responsible for Crescent hotel operations in Canada as Regional Director of Operations. 

Norman began his career with Forte Hotels in the UK at Brown’s Hotel in London, England.  Upon moving to Canada, Norman worked in hotels management positions at the Sutton Place and Bristol Place Hotels in Toronto.  Norman later joined Coast Hotels and Resorts in Vancouver as a Regional Director.  Norman joined Royal Host Hotels as a Director of Operations and later Interstate Hotels as General Manager of the Colony Hotel and the Delta Meadowvale Hotel both in Toronto. Norman also spent numerous years working in Asia in operational management positions for luxury resorts in Thailand and in India.
