Ed Puodziunas – Regional Director of Operations

With over 20 years of hotel management experience, Ed’s responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of a select portfolio of hotels managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts. In his numerous years with Crescent prior to his present position, Ed was a highly decorated Crescent General Manager, Task Force General Manager and Area General Manager. 

Prior to joining Crescent, Ed worked with McIntosh Inns, Inc. where as a District Manager, was responsible for quality assurance and the financial performances of the McIntosh portfolio.  During this time, Ed was responsible for the conversion of three independent hotels into branded flags.  Ed also worked with Hersha Hotels as a Director of Operations with brands of IHG, Marriot, and Choice. 

Ed’s strengths focus on the daily operational needs of Crescent hotels including; working with Crescent’s clients and brand partners with maximizing revenue potential, profitability, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and enhancing employee morale.
