Jim Sega, Vice President of Operations
With over 20 years of leadership experience in operating hotels, resorts & condo resorts, Jim serves as Vice President of Operations for Crescent Hotels & Resorts where he is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a diverse Crescent portfolio of hotels & resorts throughout North America including the Caribbean.

An award winning Crescent leader, Jim has distinguished himself with his ability to motivate and create cohesive teams that focus on aggressive revenue strategies as well as excellent operational / financial results for Crescent properties and clients. Jim's leadership has positively impacted Crescent properties performance ranging from resort condominium hotels to luxury city center convention hotels.

Jim began his role with Crescent as General Manager - Corporate Transitions where he provided strategic leadership for the implementation of systems and procedures during takeovers, transitions, and the repositioning of company assets. Prior to joining Crescent Jim held General Manager leadership roles with HEI Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts with direct association in operating Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton branded hotels as well as independent signature resorts and condo resorts including South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, FL.

Jim holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Houston.
