OUR HISTORY

In 2001, Crescent Hospitality was started to create a user friendly management firm for institutional clients who wanted to be involved with the strategy of their assets.  Crescent’s philosophy was to create a work environment/organization where operators were empowered and thrived.  Today, Crescent remains dedicated to that same philosophy.

In September 2006, Crescent Hospitality officially changed its name to Crescent Hotels & Resorts

It is one of a small group of independent management companies to be approved to operate hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, Wyndham Worldwide, and InterContinental flags. The company's portfolio encompasses properties of varied size and type, including:

  • Upper-upscale full-service hotels

  • Premium limited-service hotels
