  • Telecommunications. From standard telephone service to high-speed Internet, cell phones, voicemail, call accounting, PBX switches, and miscellaneous equipment, our telecommunications department will review all invoices for potential discrepancies, and set up the most optimal national long-distance and / or local rate plans. Our technicians will work with vendors to coordinate installation and / or repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Information Technology. Our IT department will work with your property to review all IT needs and coordinate the purchasing, implementation, and maintenance on equipment at the property level. IT issues related to franchise such as PMS reservations systems and point of sales systems are the primary responsibility of vendor or franchisor.
  • Time and Attendance. Working with ADP (Timesavers) - our time and attendance vendor - Crescent will install a system at the property level, coordinate training, and maintain this application. Any licensing or clock fees shall be the responsibility of the property, but can be operated through web server.
  • Credit-Card Processing. Crescent's credit-card processor - Chase Merchants - will extend preferred pricing, based on our group's level of processing, to your hotel. In addition, we will work with your associates and the processor to monitor and ensure best qualifications of all transactions.
  • Web Site Development & Optimization. As the Internet’s scope of influence continues to expand as a primary resource for hotel consumers, it is critical for your property to be well-represented in this space. Ensure that your website is fully optimized to make the most of this channel – through captivating design, compelling text, prominent search-engine placement, and proactive online-marketing efforts.
