FAIRFAX, VA— Crescent Hospitality Corp. has inked two new management contracts: the Marriott Residence
Inn Milwaukee Brookfield in Wisconsin and the Holiday Inn Sidney in Ohio. The properties are the first
to be added to Crescent’s management portfolio since the company announced plans in June to begin a
strategic expansion plan over the next two years.
According to Michael George, president/CEO, the contracts increase Crescent’s presence in the Midwest,
a key region for the management firm he said.
The Residence Inn is Crescent’s first property in Wisconsin; the Holiday Inn is its fifth in Ohio.
Located at 950 South Pinehurst Court, the three-story, 104-suite Residence Inn Milwaukee Brookfield
features 1,120 square feet of meeting space in three meeting rooms, an outdoor pool, fitness center
and sports court with picnic area. The 18-hole Brookfield Hills golf course is onsite.
The 130-room Holiday Inn Sidney is located at 400 Folkerth Ave., off I-75 at exit 92, approximately
40 miles north of Dayton, OH. The property features an outdoor pool, business center, onsite laundry
facilities and fitness center. Guest amenities include complimentary breakfast, high-speed Internet
access, iron/ironing board and coffee maker.
Crescent Hospitality currently operates 30 upscale and mid-market hotels and resorts with approximately
4,400 rooms in 17 states. The company’s management portfolio encompasses properties in the full-service,
convention and premium limited-service segments under some 15 hotel flags, as well as independent hotels.
