The 105-suite luxury property is located at 3333 N.E. 32 Ave., between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.

The hotel offers one-bedroom suites, beginning at 900 square feet, and two-bedroom suites providing up to 1,450 square feet. The suites have oversized balconies with panoramic views.

The hotel also has entertainment suites. The suites feature sky terraces and are capable of handling up to 50 guests. There is also a 550-square-foot executive boardroom.

Il Lugano’s suites have full-size refrigerators, microwaves and cook-tops, and washers and dryers. There also is complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, two large flat-panel televisions, Bose sound systems and iPod docking stations.

Additionally, suites have 400-thread-count linens and bedding, two-line telephones and European bath amenities.

Il Lugano offers a swimming pool, a fitness center with free weights and Precor cardio theater entertainment with stereo headphones, and a lobby bar.

The hotel also has 10 boat slips on the Intracoastal Waterway. A signature restaurant fronting the Intracoastal will be announced next spring.

The top four floors of the 15-floor building have 23 luxury residences, ranging in size from 1,600 to 7,000 square feet. Unit owners are entitled to use all hotel amenities.
