Crescent Project Management acts as an owner’s representative in order to reduce and modify the Brand Property Improvement Plan (PIP). The PIP is then priced in order to provide ownership an estimated budget to work from. Pending owner’s approval, Crescent Project Management interviews, and ultimately hires the architect and designer, and works with the brand to finalize the design concept. Once bids are sent out, Crescent oversees the contractor selection process. All procurement is handled by Crescent Project Management: everything related to the PIP, all Purchase Orders tracked, and the entire budget monitored from start to finish.
